Fox has released yet another promo for the upcoming X-Files revival; this time taking a much more stylistic approach than previous teasers.

Picking up from a special screening of the first episode – entitled ‘My Struggle’ – for a select number of fans at New York Comic Con this weekend, the new promo debuted alongside Gotham this Monday (12th October).

The teaser features a selection of previously heard sound-bites from Mulder and Scully, along with a new line spoken by none other than the Cigarette-Smoking Man. And all of this is tied together in a beautifully packaged, retro style art form.

The X-Files revival series, starring David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson, is set to premiere in January 2016.
